Footballer Sabina laid to eternal rest

Staff Correspondent, Mymensingh: Bangladesh Under-15 female footballer Sabina Yasmin was laid to eternal rest in Kalsindur village under Dhobaura Upazila of the district on Wednesday noon. 

Thousands of people from all walks of life joined Namaz-e-Janaza held at Kalsindur Ainul Ulum Madrasa field. 

Mymensingh additional deputy commissioner (revenue) AKM Galib Khan and Dhobaura Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mahdi Hasan and others paid last respect to the footballer.

Earlier, the 14-year old footballer was declared dead around 3:00pm on Tuesday after she was rushed to Dhubaura Upazila Health Complex with fever.
