Four-tier security at National Eidgah

Staff Correspondent: Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Asaduzzaman Mia said that the authorities have taken a four-tier security measure for the country’s main Eid Jamaat (congregation) in and around National Eidgah.

The DMP Commissioner informed this to reporters after inspecting the National Eidgah ground at 11:30am on Saturday.

He said, centering Eid, massive security measures have been taken. The whole area will remain under CCTV surveillance.

Meanwhile, he urged all not to carry anything except Jay Namaz.
