Gulzar re-elected president while Khokon secretary general

Entertainment Desk: Mushfiqur Rahman Gulzar elected as the President and Badiul Alam Khokon elected the Secretary General of the Bangladesh Film Director's Executive Council. They will lead the association for next two-year.

Election commissioner Abdul Latif Bacchu was declared the winner on Saturday at 7:45 am. There were 362 voters. Of them, 319 people voted and 19 votes were canceled. Total valid votes were counted 300.

Among them, Mushfiqur Rahman Gulzar received 183 votes, General Secretary Badiul Alam Khokan 157 votes, Vice-President- Montajur Rahman Akbar 161 votes, Deputy General Secretary- Shahen Sumon 145 votes, Treasurer- Md. Salahuddin 150 votes, organizing secretary- Kabirul Islam Rana 141 votes, International and Information Technology Secretary- Mustafizur Rahman Manik 230 votes, cultural and sports secretary- Shaheen Kabir Tutul, 200 votes, promotion, publication, and office secretary- Anwar Siraji received 170 votes.

In the Executive Member post--- Chakku Ahmed got 214 votes, Kamal Sarker got 141 votes, Sohanur Rahman Sohan got 244 votes, Mostafizur Rahman Babu 181 votes, MA Awal 177 votes, Abdus Samad Khokan 181 votes, Sayedur Rahman Sayeed 142 votes, Nur Mohammad Moni 197 votes, Abul Khair Bulbul got 171 votes, Ilias Bhuiyan got 175 votes.
