Staff Correspondent: A cyber court in Dhaka has asked the jail authority to take steps over division for former Sonagazi OC Moazzem Hossain as per the jail code.
Judge Al Shams Joglul Hossain of Cyber Crime Tribunal on Monday asked jail super to take steps in this regard.
Lawyer Faruk Ahmed filed a petition seeking division for Moazzem Hossain who was sent to jail in a case filed under Digital Security Act.
The case was filed as Moazzem filmed statement of madrasa-student Nusrat Jahan Rafi and spread it on internet.
