HSC results handed over to PM

Staff Correspondent: Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid has handed over the results of this year’s Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at Gono Bhaban on Sunday morning.
Later, the education minister will formally announce the results through a press conference at the secretariat at 1:00pm.
A total of 11,83,686 examinees under eight general education boards along with madrasa board and technical institutions appeared in the HSC and the equivalent examinations this year.
The HSC and equivalent examinations of 2017 began countrywide on April 2.
