Hero Alam files writ with HC

Staff Correspondent: Independent candidate Hero Alam (Bogura-4) filed a writ petition with the High Court challenging the Election Commission (EC) order that rejected his nomination.
His lawyer Md Kausar Ali filed the petition with the concerned wing of the HC on Sunday.
The HC bench of Justice F R M Nazmul Ahsan and Justice K M Kamrul Kader would hear the petition.
Hero Alam’s appeal was rejected by the returning officer concerned during scrutiny.
