Inform unexpected incident immediately: SC to lower court

Staff Correspondent: The Supreme Court (SC) has issued directives to the lower courts of the country to inform its registrar general office about any unexpected incident immediately taking place there.

A circular in this regard signed by HC Division registrar Abu Syed Dilzar Hossain was issued on Thursday.

The circular was issued in the context of several unexpected incidents happened at different lower court premises in the country.

Meanwhile a probe committee headed by Supreme Court's registrar general Syed Aminul Islam has been formed over the incident of vandalising at Chittagong court premises.
