Jaaz Multimedia CEO Shirish Manwar held

Staff Correspondent, DHAKA, May 3: Shirish Manwar, CEO of prominent film production house Jaaz Multimedia, has been arrested over a case filled for kidnapping one of its staff.

Mirpur Thana Police arrested Manwar from his Mohammadpur residence on Saturday morning.

Abdur Rahim, father of Jaaz Multimedia Accountant Sajib, filed the case with Mirpur Thana.

Sajib was abducted on April 26 while he was on the way to office.

 

Jaaz Multimedia, one of the biggest integrated Production house in Bangladesh, produced around 9 films. Among the films are blockbusters like Bhalobasar Rong, Onnorokom Bhalobasha, Pora Mon.
