Kabirhat upazila polls suspended

Noakhali Correspondent: The Election Commission (EC) has suspended Kabirhat upazila parishad election which was scheduled on March 31.
The district returning officer (RO) Rabiul Islam confirmed the acknowledgement of receiving letter in this regard from EC on Friday.
The election was suspended to avert any unwanted situation centering the polls, he added.
