Key financier of militancy arrested

Staff Correspondent: Criminal Investigation Department (CID) arrested one of the alleged key financiers of militancy from Habiganj on Monday night.
The arrestee was identified as Mostaque Kha.
CID came up with the disclosure in a press briefing at its office in the capital on Tuesday noon.
Mollah Nazrul Islam, special superintendent of CID (Organised Crime), briefed media that Mostaque was being searched for long days. Acting on a tip-off, he was finally arrested from Habiganj on Monday night. He is believed to be a key financer for militant activities in Bangladesh. He will be remanded for interrogation.
