Khaleda Zia to hold meeting with vice-chairmen

Senior Correspondent: After a meeting with members of the party’s standing committee, BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will sit with the vice-chairmen tomorrow (Tuesday) to discuss the country’s current political situation.

The meeting will be held at the BNP chief’s Gulshan office around 9:00pm, Sayrul Kabir Khan, a staff of Khaleda’s media wing, said.

Discussion on formation of the next Election Commission and BNP’s position on the issue will take place in the meeting with Khaleda in the chair, party insiders said.

Besides, today (Monday) Khaleda will also sit with the party standing committee members over the same issue.
