Khaleda's graft cases hearing deferred till Jul 8

Staff Correspondent: The High Court on Tuesday (July 3) deferred the appeal hearing to July 8 in Zia Orphanage Trust graft case filed against BNP  Chairperson Khaleda Zia. 

The HC bench, comprising Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mostafizur Rahman, fixed the date.

Lawyer AJ Mohammad Ali, Khandakar Mahbub Hossain, Barrister Moudud Ahmed moved for Khaleda while lawyer Khurshid Alam Khan stood for Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) during the hearing in the court.

Earlier on July 1, the High Court fixed July 3 for hearing on the appeal petition filed by Khaleda Zia in the Zia Orphanage Trust case.
