Let all be animated to build new future

Pahela Baishakh, the 1st day of Bangla New Year. It is a public and folk festival of Bengali nation. The new-year festival is very much related with the arts and culture of rural communities.

On the day, Bengali people across the world welcome the new year and try to kick away all sufferings and miseries of the past year. Whole nation became animated again with the sun rising of Pahela Baishakh, the first day of 1424.

Pahela Baishakh, a centuries-old tradition,  makes people delighted with its  immensity and periphery and threw away all miseries and sorrows as well. The tradition reminded the nation's strong and ancient self-identity.

Pahela Baishakh is a common heritage that has survived and thrived on its multiplicity of communities. It unites us beyond our beliefs and politics. It is an example that the cultural belief of Bengali nation never was defeated by narrowness and religious superstitions.

It is a celebration of colour, folk art, local cuisine that brings a new display across the country.  It helps people to be closer with others.

On the day, we expect a good and prosperous new year. Let it be beneficiary to every single citizen, society and the state as well. With its immense spirit, let everybody become helpful to each other. We offer new-year's greetings to everyone.
