Mahbub Alam made head of UODA’s media studies dept

Staff Correspondent: The University Of Development Alternative (UODA) has appointed new Head for its Communication and Media Studies department.

A press release has been issued in this regard on Sunday.

The university administration said UODA’s Assistant Professor M Mahbub Alam will act as the Head of the department and the appointment will be effective from the date of issuance of the notification, Sunday, according to the press release.

M Mahbub Alam completed his graduation from Dhaka University on Mass Communication and Journalism in 1998. He also completed post graduation from same university in 1999.

Mahbub Alam has also been working as Assistant News Editor of newsbangladesh.com since 2015. Earlier, he served as Output Editor of banglanews24.com for five years.
