Main Eid jamaat at National Eidgah at 8:30am

Senior Correspondent: The main Eid-ul-Fitr jamaat (congregation) will be held at National Eidgah in the capital at 8:30am.

Senior Pesh Imam Hafez Maulana Muhammad Mizanur Rahman of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque will administer Eid Jamaat.

Mirpur Jamye Arabiya Muhtamim Maulana Syed Wahiduzzaman will remain as alternative Imam.

Islamic foundation said tight security measures will be taken to ensure foolproof security and safety at the National Eidgah during the country's prime Eid congregation.
