Mamunur Rashid elected as TPPAB President

Entertainment Desk: Eminent thespian Mamunur Rashid has been elected as the President of Television Programme Producers Association of Bangladesh (TPPAB) for the sixth consecutive term.

Actor, producer and television personality Iresh Zaker has been elected unopposed as the general secretary of the organisation.

The election has also formed a 10-member new executive committee.

The election took place at Emmanuel's Banquet Hall in Gulshan 1 of the capital on Sunday (March 19).

The election is generally held in every two years.
