Man killed in Tangail bus-truck collision

Staff Correspondent, Tangail: A man was killed and 10 others were injured in a collision between a bus and a truck at Pakulla on Dhaka-Tangail highway of the district's Mirzapur upazila early Tuesday.
The injured are apprentice army members. They were returning home by bus on leave from Chittagong cantonment.
Khalilur Rahman, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Gorai Highway Police Station, confirmed the news.
He said a Shaymoli Paribahan bus carrying army members hit a truck, leaving supervisor of the bus dead and 10 army men injured.
Details identity of the victims could not be known immediately. They were admitted to Mirzapur Kumudini Hospital, he said.
