Mashrafe to be sat at place he deserves

Finance Minister A H M Mustafa Kamal and State Minister for Youth and Sports Zahid Ahsan Russel said that Mashrafe, who retired as ODI skipper of Bangladesh national cricket team recently, would be sat at the place he deserves.

They came up with the disclosure while speaking at opening programme of Bangabandhu Sports Championship at Hatirjheel in the capital on Saturday.

Zahid Ahsan Russel said Mashrafe is icon of the country’s cricketers. We are waiting to place him on the top spot. He will be sat the place he deserves.

Finance Minister, also former president of ICC and BCB A H M Mustafa Kamal said Mashrafe is always hero at his place. He is icon to all. He left captaincy, but now is an MP. He had contacts with him and will have in future. We will give him the top honor.
