Minor boy found dead in Dhanmondi lake

Staff Correspondent: Police recovered body of a minor boy from the capital's Dhanmondi lake.
The deceased was identified as Ratul, 13, son of Shamim Mia of Shantanagar village of Madaripur sadar upazila.
He used to live in Sadek Khan road area of the capital's Rayer Bazar.
Mofijul Islam, Sub-Inspector (SI) of Dhanmondi Police Station, confirmed the news.
He said Ratul drowned in the lake adjacent to Dhanmondi road no. 4 three days ago when he went there to take bath with his friends.
On Tuesday morning, locals spotted the floating body. Being informed, police recovered it and sent it to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) morgue for autopsy, he added.
