Mother, daughter found dead in Bogura

Staff Correspondent, Bogura: A woman and her daughter were found dead at their residence in Tinpotti area of Borogola in the district town on Tuesday morning.

The deceased were identified as Rubaiya Khatun, 28, and her seven-year-old daughter Sumaiya Aktar.

Sources said that on information, police recovered the bodies around 9:00am on Tuesday and sent to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College morgue.

Injury marks were found at the body of Rubaiya Khatun. Besides, her daughter was strangulated to death, according to the postmortem report of police.

Sub-Inspector (SI) Manjurul Haque Bhuiyan, second officer of Bogura Sadar police station confirmed the matter to risingbd.com.
