Mother, daughter killed in Pabna road crash

Pabna Correspondent: A woman and her daughter were killed and another was injured when a trolley hit an auto van carrying them at Char Bangania village in Sadar upazila of the district on Thursday morning.

The deceased were identified as Rini Khatun, 35, wife of Akbar Hossain, and her daughter Barsha Khatun, 7.

Sadar police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Obaidul Haque said the two victims were heading to doctors chamber around 9:30am. Meanwhile, an auto van locally named Bhotbhoti hit them in the area, leaving pregnant Rini Khatun and her daughter dead on the spot.
