Motorbike accident kills 2 in Satkhira

Satkhira Correspondent: Two motorcycle riders have been killed and two others injured after a head-on collision between two motorcycles on Kaliganj-Shymganj highway in Pirojpur Katakhali area of Kaliganj upazila of the district.

The accident took place around 10:30am on Tuesday.

The deceased were identified as Abdul Mannan Sarder, 50, son of Mofiz Uddin of Nijdebpur village and Nur Hossain, 32, son of Azgar Ali of Sonatola village.

Witnesses said that the accident took place when the two motorcycles collided head on in the area, leaving the two dead on the spot.

Satkhira Kaliganj Circle (ASP) Imran Mehedi Siddike confirmed the matter to risingbd.com.
