Mozaffar made new BB executive director

Economic Correspondent: Sheikh Mozaffar Hossain has got promotion as the new executive director of the Bangladesh Bank (BB).

A Bangladesh Bank press release has been issued in this regard on Sunday.

Mozaffar Hossain who was born in Khulna district joined as assistant director of the central bank in 1988. In his long service life, he performed his duties at agriculture loan department, foreign currency policy department, financial institutions division, monetary policy department and banking inspection department of the Bangladesh Bank, according to the press release.
