Yeasin Hassan, From Taunton: Bangladesh’s senior middle order batsman Mushfiqur Rahim has been kept under observations as he was hit by a ball while batting in the nets in Taunton on Saturday.
He sustained injury at his right forearm during practice session ahead of West Indies clash scheduled to be held on Sunday (June 16).
A Jumpy ball by Mustafizur Rahman hit Mushfiq’s his right forearm. He immediately took off the glove and walked off.
The injury of Mushfiq suddenly halted exercise of Bangladesh team. After a while, Tigers had started practice.
He has currently been kept under observations whether he could play against West Indies on Sunday.
