Narsingdi road crash kills 2

Narsingdi Correspondent: At least two people were killed and 15 others injured in a road accident in Baraitola area on Dhaka-Sylhet highway in the district on Thursday.

The deceased were identified as Jihad, 10, Yeasin Arafat, 28.

Witnesses said that Narsingdi-bound a wrecker collided with a human-hauler in this area around 8:00am, leaving the two people dead on the spot and injured 15 others.

Meanwhile, agitated locals vandalized some passenger buses, private cars and torched the wrecker.

Shibpur Model police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Syeduzzaman confirmed the matter to risingbd.com.
