Natore church father Walter goes missing

Natore Correspondent: A Christian priest had been reportedly missing from Jonail village in Baraigram upazila of Natore since Monday afternoon.

Father Walter William Rosario, 41, assistant priest of Jonail Borny Church and headmaster of St Lewis High School, left his Bonpara residence on Monday around 04:00pm to meet his elder brother at Jonail Dharmapalli and since then he had been missing, said his family members.

Church head priest Subrata filed a general diary with Baraigram Police Station in this regard on Tuesday, Additional Superintendent of Police (Baraigram circle) Harun-ur-Rashid said.

Police were trying their best to trace him, he added.

Rosario’s brother Premal said they suspected that he was kidnapped.
