Nazrul Islam made additional press secy of PM

Secretariat Correspondent: Nazrul Islam, the deputy press secretary of the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, has been promoted to the rank of additional press secretary.

A press release issued by Ministry of Public Administration confirmed the matter on Wednesday.

With this promotion, given from the president's 10 percent quota, Nazrul Islam, an information cadre official, has been made the additional press secretary on February 6.

Ihsanul Karim is currently serving as the press secretary to the Prime Minister’s office. There are 12 officials including three deputy press secretaries and three additional press secretaries in the department.
