New police chief seeks support from all

Staff Correspondent: Newly appointed Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr Javed Patwary said Bangladesh police will reach the highest peak of success if everybody cooperates.

The new police chief said this while addressing the farewell ceremony of outgoing IGP AKM Shahidul Hoque at the police headquarters in the city on Wednesday.

While speaking at the ceremony, Javed Patwary appreciated the roles of all former IGPs to bring about root changes in the police department.
