Staff Correspondent: The High Court has ordered not to arrest any BNP men, voter and supporter in Khuna City Corporation area without any specific case.
The bench of Justice Moinul Islam Chowdhury and Justice Ashraful Kamal passed the order on Monday.
Barrister Moudud Ahmed stood for the writ petition and Deputy Attorney General Motahar Hossain Saju stood for the state.
