‘No fear for innocent in anti-drug drive’

Staff Correspondent: Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Asaduzzaman Mia said there is no fear for innocent people in anti-drug drive conducting across the country.

He said, “No innocent person will be harassed in the anti-drug drive. If law enforcers harass any innocent person in the drive, legal action must be taken against them.”

DMP Commissioner said this while speaking at a programme at the capital’s Paltan Community Centre on Saturday noon.

Asaduzzaman Mia said, “No drug trader will be spared. But there is no fear for innocent people. No innocent will be harassed in Dhaka. If it happens, legal actions must be taken against law enforcers concerned.”
