PM inaugurates BCL conference

Staff Correspondent: Prime minister and Awami League president Sheikh Hasina has formally inaugurated the 29th conference of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) releasing pigeons.
The conference started with the hoisting of national flag and singing anthem around 4:00pm at Suhrawardy Udyan in Dhaka on Friday afternoon.
Chhatra League president Saifur Rahman Sohag, general secretary Jakir Hossain and others attended the function.
Thousands of leaders and activists across the country joined the two-day long BCL conference that will end Saturday.
