PM to address press conference today

Secretariat Correspondent: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will address a press conference on Monday about her recent visit to Italy and Vatican City.

PM's Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim said, "The press conference will be held at Ganobhaban at 4:30pm."

On Sunday last, the premier on a four-day official visit went to Italy to join the meeting of Rome-based International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) as one of its keynote speakers at the invitation of IFAD President Gilbert F Houngbo.

Following an invitation of Pope Francis, Sheikh Hasina also visited the Holy See (Vatican City) and held meetings with the Pope and Secretary of State Cardinal Pietro Parolin.
