PM’s fake Facebook page: 5 held for cybercrimes

Staff Correspondent: Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) personnel in separate drives arrested five people for creating fake Facebook pages using the name of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and family members.

Mizanur Rahman Bhuiyan, senior assistant director of RAB's legal and media wing said, the detainees used these pages and spread rumors.

A team of RAB-2 arrested them from Moghbazar, Mohammadpur, Savar, Demra and Keraniganj.

Details will be disclosed later in this regard, he added.
