Polls to be held peacefully, says RAB DG

Staff Correspondent: Director General (DG) of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) Benazir Ahmed said that the upcoming 11th general will be held peacefully. People will practice their franchise freely to form a new government.

He said this while addressing at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bangladesh Crime Reporters Association (CRAB) at the capital’s Segunbagicha on Friday noon.

RAB DG said, “Voters will cast their votes for their preferable candidates. Journalists and RAB members will work during polls as like of past. There will be no bar for journos in this case.”
