Principal arrested for raping 11 minor students

Staff Correspondent, Narayanganj: A principal of a madrasa was arrested for raping at least 11 minor students of the madrasa in Bhuigor area of Fatullah in Narayanganj.

The arrestee is identified as – Mostafizur Rahman, principal of Darul Huda Mahila Madrasa.

In a press conference, Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-11 CEO Kazi Shamsher Uddin said, the principal took girls every day in his room and raped them using many tricks. Already, the madrasa principal confessed that he raped 11 madrasa students.

RAB-11 Major Nazmus Sakib Talukdar, Additional police super Alep Uddin and others attended the press briefing.

Earlier on Saturday night, a team of RAB-11 arrested the principal after receiving complaints of rape from madrasa girls.
