Rangamati attack outcome of regional problem: CEC

Staff Correspondent: Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) KM Nurul Huda has said that the Rangamati gun attack was an outcome of the regional problem.

He said, “The people who contested the election might have involved with the attack. It is our prediction, but we still believe that it was an outcome of the regional level problem.”

The CEC said this while talking to the reporters in a press conference at the Media Centre of the Nirbachan Bhaban in the capital’s Agargaon area on Thursday noon.
