Recommendations for ensuring women's facilities in sports

Secretariat Correspondent: The parliamentary standing committee on Youth and Sports Ministry recommended for ensuring women’s facilities including international standard coach to continue their success in the sports.

The committee made the recommendations in a meeting presided by its chairman Jahid Ahsan Rasel at the parliament on Sunday.

Youth rally on drug prevention, human chain and other public awareness activities and problems, chances and achievements for women in sports were discussed in the meeting.

The committee also put emphasis on international standard coach, physio, nutrition system and gymnasium for women athletes to help continuing their performances in sports.

Committee member state minister for Youth and Sports Biren Shikdar, AM Naimur Rahman, Md Nurul Islam Talukdar, Amatul Kibria Keya Chowdhury attended the meeting.
