Road crash kills schoolboy in Tangail

Staff Correspondent: A school was killed and injured another one in a road accident in Bypass area of Mirzapur in Tangail on Sunday.

The deceased was identified as Mim Laden, 14, a student of class nine of Mirzapur SK Model High School.

Mirzapur Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mohammad Main Uddin said that the victim and his friend Rifat was going to Tangail riding a motorbike this morning. Meanwhile, a speedy truck rammed them in the area around 9:00am, leaving Mim dead on the spot and injured Rifat.

Later, the injured Rifat was taken to Kumudini Hospital.
