Robbers kill 1, loot gold ornaments in Hatia

Noakhali Correspondent: Robbers looted gold ornaments worth Tk 15 lakh from a jewellery shop, killing the shop owner at Afazia Bazar under Hatia upazila of the district on Saturday night.
The deceased was identified as Shiplob Chandro Banik, 35.
The deceased’s wife Pakhi Rani Bonik said robbers looted gold ornaments, leaving his husband dead at night.
On Sunday morning, locals recovered the dead body from his shop.
