Rohingya: Annan Commission reaches Dhaka

Staff Correspondent: A delegation of former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan’s Commission has arrived in Bangladesh to oversee the latest condition of the Rohingya people came here from Myanmar recently.
The delegation landed in Dhaka on Saturday, according to sources of the Foreign Affairs Ministry.
Sources said the three-member delegation is set to visit Cox’s Bazar to observe the
conditions of Rohingya people. They will talk to them during the visit.
Later, the delegation members are expected to hold a meeting with Foreign Affairs Minister Abdul Hassan Mahmud Ali in Dhaka, the sources added.
