‘Sheikh Hasina proves she can do everything’

Staff Correspondent: Railways Minister Mujibul Haque said, “Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina had proved that she can do everything. She gave a befitting reply to those who termed Bangladesh as a bottomless basket.”

He said, “Bangladesh is no more a bottomless country. Sheikh Hasina lifted it to the index of developing countries.”

“If we want to the country in the list of developed countries, the Sheikh Hasina led government must be brought to the power again,” he added.

The Minister said this while speaking at programme at the National Press Club in the capital on Friday.

Mujibul Haque said, “Bangladesh, thanks to Bangabandhu’s leadership, secured spot in the world map. Though he was assassinated, but his ideology is still alive. His daughter Sheikh Hasina is leading the country with the ideology.”

He said, “Sheikha achieved a lot of awards for her success leadership in all sectors.”

About the railway structure, the minister said, “There was no structure for railways during BNP tenure. It was a 100 percent failed sector. But Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina handed over charges of the ministry to me after constructing new structure. Now 46 percent works of the project have already been completed. With the directions of PM, bullet trains would run on six routes.”
