Tarique must be brought back: Law Minister

Kushtia Correspondent: Law Minister Anisul Huq said all death sentence awarded accused of Bangabandhu assassination case and fugitive BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman will be brought back from abroad overcoming all the legal obstacles.

In reply to a query, the Minister told this while inaugurating newly made multi-storey chief judicial magistrate court building on the Kushtia court premises on Thursday afternoon.

Anisul Huq said BNP-led government, Ziaur Rahman and H M Ershad patronized killers of Bangabandhu after assassinating him along with his family members. They gave them jobs and allowed to participate in the president election. (They) also made killer Rashid as opposition leader. Those governments also helped them to leave the country.
