Teacher, 3 students killed in Barisal road crash

Staff Correspondent: At least four people (three students and a teacher) were killed in separate road crashes in Barisal on Friday.
Two students were killed in collision between a pick up van and motorcycle on Khorabad bridge on Barisal-Kuakata highway.
The deceased were known as Rahad, 25, son of Shahid Peshkar of Sujabad under Jhalakathi's Nalchhiti upazila and student Barisal government college, and Sakil, 24, son of Jalal Hawlader of the same village and student of Barisal government polytechnic institute.
Meanwhile, elderly teacher named Bishwanath Chakroborty, 65, was killed as an easy bike hit him at Natun Bazar area in the city on Friday noon.
He is a resident of Amrito Lal Dey road of the city's Jhautola lane.
Meanwhile, female school student was killed as an easy bike turned turtle at Mulpain of the district's Uzirpur upazila. The deceased was identified as Fatema Akter, 11.
She is daughter of Rahman Serniyabat of Uzirpur municipal area and six-grader of Sher-e-Bangla Secondary Girls' School.
