Teacher arrested for raping schoolgirl in city

Staff Correspondent: A teacher was arrested on charge of raping a schoolgirl in Pallabi area of Mirpur in the capital.

Sources said that the victim is a student of class nine. She was raped by her house tutor named Sujan.

Pallabi police Officer-in-charge (OC) Dadan Fakir told risingbd.com that the victim’s family filed a case with Pallabi Police Station on Thursday saying that the schoolgirl was raped when the girl went for tuition classes at the school premises on Wednesday night.

The victim was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital
