Three workers die after falling off building in city

Staff Correspondent: Three workers died after they fell off from an under-construction multi-storey building in the capital’s Dhanmondi on Friday afternoon.

The deceased were known as Saidul, 35, Mokhles, 20, and Monirul 45.

Abdul Latif, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Dhanmondi Police Station, confirmed the news.

He said, “They were working on a hanging platform of the 12-storied building on Dhanmondi Road 5, next to Central Hospital at Green Road. Around 4:15pm, they fell off the roof.”
