Staff Correspondent, Rangpur: A Rangpur court has rejected the bail petition for Ritu Roy who was arrested over posting a photo allegedly offensive to Islam.
Judge Ariful Islam of Rangpur Judicial Magistrate Court-3 passed the order on Sunday noon.
The court also fixed next December 10 for further hearing in the case.
Defence lawyers, however, said they will file petition to the High Court (HC) seeking bail for Titu.
