Truck kills bus helper

Jhenidah Correspondent: A youth was killed as a truck ran over him at Laudia on Jhenidah-Jessore road of the district on Tuesday morning.
The deceased was identified as Azad Hossain, 35, hailed from Jessore.
Harendranath Sarkar, Officer-in-Charge (OC) Jhenidah Sadar Police Station, confirmed the news.
He said the truck collided the opposite head bus Rupsa Paribahan from Khulna, leaving Azad critically injured. He was immediately rushed to Jhenidah Sadar Hospital where attending doctors declared him dead.
