Truck kills youth in Gopalganj

Gopalganj Correspondent: A youth was killed as a truck ran over him on Shibgati-Bathandanga road at Maheshpur of the district's Kashiani upazila on Thursday noon.
The deceased was identified as Riaz Khan, 18, son of Hiru Khan of Shibgati village of the area.
A K M Ali Nur, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Kashiani Police Station, said a speedy truck ran over him while he was crossing Shibgati-Bathandanga road at the noon, leaving him dead.
Being informed, police sent the body to Gopalganj Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy, he added.
