Two minors drown in Rangpur

Staff Correspondent, Rangpur: Two minor boys drowned in a pond of Kishamat Munshipara area of the district town on Saturday noon.
The deceased were identified as Rayhan Kabir, 3, son of Shariful Islam, Joyad Mia, 3, son of Sintu Mia.
Ward Councilor Abul Manjum Kuthial of Rangpur City Corporation ward-8 said that the duo fell into the water while playing near a pond next to their house.
Later, locals recovered their floating bodies from the water after hours of searching.
