UP chairman crushed to death by bus in Sirajganj

Sirajganj Correspondent: Chairman of Naogaon Union Parishad under Tarash upazila Amirul Islam (50) has been crushed to death by a bus.

The accident took place around 10.00am in Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Tarash Thana Monzur Rahman said Amirul Islam was going to Sirajganj by motorcycle to attend a workshop. A bus ran over him around 10.00am, leaving him seriously injured. He was rushed to Sirajganj Sadar Hospital where he died around 12.00pm.  

He was the vice-president of Tarash Upazila BNP.
